At www.copenhagenluggage.dk you can only order goods via our website. If you have inquiries about items that are not on the site, you are always more than welcome to contact us. for example on phone 28581620 or email info@copenhagenluggage.dk
When you shop with www.copenhagenluggage.dk, agreements are made in Danish.
It is not possible to view previous orders. If you wish to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, you can send an email to: info@copenhagenluggage.dk

PRICES
All prices are incl. 25% VAT (on the order confirmation) and other taxes. The prices are daily prices and in Danish kroner.
The prices of copenhagenluggage.dk's products can be changed at any time, but these changes will not affect orders for which copenhagenluggage.dk has already sent a confirmation. NOTE: copenhagenluggage.dk reserves the right in every respect that there may be price and printing errors or out-of-stock items.
The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, however excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Any trade with foreign countries, both inside and outside the EU, takes place only by prior agreement. The freight abroad depends on where the goods are to be sent and is agreed on a case-by-case basis.

There is no payment fee when paying at www.copenhagenluggage.dk
If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This way, you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have an excess of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused by using the pin code.
Data you send in connection with purchases paid by payment card is encrypted (SSL), and thus only Shopify Payments can read it. Neither www.copenhagenluggage.dk nor others have the opportunity to read the data.
The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are sent from www.copenhagenluggage.dk. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.
FREIGHT
It costs an amount to have your item sent. The freight depends on the weight and size of the item. The freight depends on whether you have used a customer login.

Copenhagen Luggage uses GLS Danmark as carrier. GLS distributes packages to businesses in Denmark, Europe and outside Europe's borders. GLS delivers to individuals via a nationwide network of Pakke Shops. If you want a different delivery method, please let us know. telephone.
DELIVERY
Copenhagenluggage.dk typically delivers within 1-2 business days, however the delivery time for special spare parts and products can be longer.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
As a consumer at www.copenhagenluggage.dk, you of course have the right to complain about a product that has faults or defects that were present when the product was sold. The right to complain is valid for 24 months and covers manufacturing and material defects.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is made within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. Therefore, be careful to inspect your goods upon receipt.
If it is a complaint, please send sufficient information with a description of the error to facilitate the dispatch. Attach a copy of the invoice / order confirmation as well as your contact information.
As a consumer, you have two years' right to complain, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified.
Remember to always send the item back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for sending, so that we can reimburse you for your reasonable shipping costs.
We recommend that you use GLS when the item is sent back and that the item is sent as parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in GLS's system and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Copenhagenluggage.dk The item can also be handed in directly to Copenhagen Luggage, Vesterbrogade 6D 1620 Copenhagen V.
Possibly. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the customer listed on the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@copenhagenluggage.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
RETURN
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT RETURN
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Copenhagen Luggage Vesterbrogade ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it.
